Delete account

This flow permanently removes account access from the platform. The current backend keeps a soft-deleted governance record, but the user-facing outcome is permanent sign-in loss unless the account is reviewed and reactivated by platform governance.

Request deletion OTP

Enter the account email address first. The OTP is delivered to that email before deletion can be confirmed.

Confirm deletion

Enter the OTP and an optional governance note. After confirmation, the account is blocked from login.
